The Sacred Covenant
Our Terms & Conditions

1. A Commitment to the Work

By enrolling in a Z Meditation retreat or online course, you are entering into a partnership with yourself. This is Structured Inner Work. While we provide the maps and the guidance, the journey belongs to you. We ask that you approach these teachings with sincerity, an open mind, and a willingness to look honestly at your own mental patterns.

2. Respecting the Teaching

The content of our courses—including videos, meditations, and the Deep Deconditioning Inquiries—is the result of decades of dedication. We ask that you respect this energy by:

  • Keeping the materials for your personal use only.

  • Refraining from recording, copying, or distributing the sessions without our explicit permission.

  • Honouring the "Quiet Revolution" by not diluting the teachings in external forums.

3. The Sangha Environment

Our online and residential retreats are sanctuaries of silence and safety. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for disruptive or disrespectful behaviour. To protect the collective peace of the Sangha (community), we reserve the right to remove any participant who disrupts the group's meditative atmosphere.

4. Health and Well-being

Z Meditation is an educational and spiritual process, not a substitute for professional medical or psychiatric treatment. If you are currently under the care of a mental health professional, we encourage you to consult with them before beginning deep deconditioning work. Participation is always at your own discretion and responsibility.

5. Updates and Evolution

As we grow and listen to the needs of our seekers, our offerings and schedules may evolve. We promise to communicate any significant changes to you with the same transparency and clarity we bring to our teachings.

"Let our agreement be rooted in truth. Where there is clarity in the beginning, there is peace in the end."
